TERMS OF PROVISION
OF SERVICES BY THE A EU OÜ

1. The Contractor provides the Customer with access to the materials of the paid services, and also conducts consultations in the amount and quantity for which the Customer has already paid. Services are provided subject to full or partial prepayment of this service.
 

2. The customer makes full or partial payment for the services, in the amount according to the invoice issued by the contractor.
 

3. The invoice is issued to the Customer after leaving his application for the provision of services either on the Contractor's website https://www.theamarketingagency.com/uk or to his email address theamarketingagency23@gmail.com.
 

4. The date of payment is considered the date of funds being credited to the Contractor's current account.
 

5. Services: analysis of accounts and sites, marketing consultations. Customers receive them immediately after payment. The service for building a marketing concept is provided to the Customer within 10 working days after full payment.
 

6. Services are provided to the Customer after filling out the relevant application for participation and making payment according to the Invoice issued by the Contractor.
 

7. Consulting services may be provided in written form or in an online meeting format. The consultation service, which is provided in writing, is deemed to have been provided from the moment of providing the Customer with written information and/or materials to the Customer's e-mail address. The consultation service, which is provided in the format of an online meeting, is considered to be provided from the moment of providing access to the consultation (referral and invitation).


7.1. If the Customer does not join the consultation (online meeting) at the appointed time and has given notice of this at least 6 hours before the start of the Services, the Contractor will postpone the online meeting, but not for more than 20 calendar days. If the consultation/online meeting does not take place within the specified period due to the Customer's fault, the money paid by the Customer will not be returned.
 

7.2. The Contractor may change the time of the consultation/online meeting in connection with technical problems that lead to technical failures, as well as in connection with other reasons beyond the Contractor's control. In this case, the Contractor offers the Customer another time to hold an online meeting, but not more than 30 calendar days.
 

7.3. If the Customer does not join the consultation (online meeting) at the appointed time and does not notify about this at least 4 hours before the start of the Services, the Service is considered to have been provided and is not transferred to another time, the money paid by the Customer for such a session is not returned.
 

8. The service for building a marketing concept is considered to be provided from the moment of providing the Customer with information/materials to the Customer's e-mail address.
 

9. The absence of claims from the Customer, sent in writing to the Contractor's address, within three calendar days from the day of service provision is confirmation that the provided services have been accepted by the Customer without any objections.
 

10. This contract has the effect of an act on the provision of services. Acceptance is carried out without signing the corresponding act. Services are considered to be provided properly and of appropriate quality, and accepted by the Customer in full, if within three calendar days after the end of the term of service provision, the Contractor has not received from the Customer motivated written objections to the quality of the services provided to the e-mail theamarketingagency23@gmail.com. In any case, the absence of any written comments within the established period is considered to be recognition of the fact of adequate quality of services.
 

11. The term of consideration of the Customer's claims by the Contractor is 10 calendar days (including claims containing a demand for termination of the contract and return of funds) from the moment of the claim to the Contractor's address. In the case of a decision by the Contractor to return the funds, the Funds are returned to the Customer by crediting them to the Customer's personal account in a Ukrainian bank.
 

12. In the event of non-payment of the cost of the Services within the established terms, failure to provide data for processing the application, or failure to provide inaccurate data when processing the application, this Agreement shall not be considered concluded.
